は
“rolling stone gathere no moss.”
の日本語訳。

rolling stoneは「転々と職[住所]を変える人」という意味で用いられ

“rolling stone gathere no moss.”はもともと「職をよく変える人は成功し[金持ちになれ]ないという「忍耐」を尊重するのが本来の意」。

ただし、米国では「活動する人は常に新鮮である」という意味でも用いられるとのこと。
